I had the chance last week to attend the Aviation Week Management Forum on ATC Demand Management in New York City. There were a variety of sessions, but one that was of most interest to me was a panel entitled "The Demand Management Debate."
The panelists included Tom Kinton, CEO of Massport, and he gave a talk about how Boston Logan created its peak period pricing program, which it has yet to implement.
