Just to clarify, the 18-24 months refers to the time it takes to roll out all the maritime ports once enrollments begin, not airports. The airports announcement from the other day was significant in that we have agreed with airports on a path forward for aviation TWIC. Much of our learning from maritime TWIC helps us with aviation, so I think the timetable John mentioned in his post is too pessimistic... but I am learning not to predict dates while posting on a Friday night...
