Massport Head Offers Thoughts About Peak Pricing

I had the chance last week to attend the Aviation Week Management Forum on ATC Demand Management in New York City.  There were a variety of sessions, but one that was of most interest to me was a panel entitled "The Demand Management Debate."

The panelists included Tom Kinton, CEO of Massport, and he gave a talk about how Boston Logan created its peak period pricing program, which it has yet to implement.  The program is part of the airport's delay reduction program.  You can click here to listen to my 6-minute Podcast with Kinton on the details of Boston Logan's peak period pricing program.
