Air Projects' Ferraguto Tracks Latest Concession Trends

I spent last week attending the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) Concessions conference.  It's a great place to catch up on the latest in airport concessions and vendors.  And a mainstay of this conference is our good friend Ann Ferraguto, principal and founder of Alexandria, Va.-based Air Projects.  Air Projects offers consulting on travel retail for facilities.
